Sky Dodge
Sky Dodge is a dodging arcade game where playing it safe scores the least. You steer a small ship through a falling meteor field, and the closer you pass each rock, the faster your graze meter fills. When the meter is full, time slows for a few seconds and you get room to thread the next gap.
How to play
- Drag anywhere on a phone. The ship moves with your finger but stays clear of it.
- With a mouse the ship follows the pointer. On a keyboard use the arrow keys or WASD.
- Pass close to a meteor without touching it to score a graze. Grazes in quick succession build a combo.
- A full graze meter slows time automatically, and grazes during slow time pay double.
- Blue orbs give a shield that absorbs one hit. Your ship crashes on any other hit.
- A new sector starts every 20 seconds. Survive three sectors to cross the belt for a big bonus and a free shield.
Tips
Hug the edge of the gap in a meteor wall rather than the middle, because a wall is the easiest place to chain grazes. Big boulders are slow and safe to skim, so use them to top up the meter. Save your nerve for the last seconds of each belt, when the field gets thicker before a short calm.
